Zimbabwe is the best value for a dangerous game hunt and has great hunting for plains game to include sable. While the economy is
in trouble (which provides great shopping), this will not degrade your hunt. You are met at the airport and someone is with you until you get on the plane for your
return. My outfitters are well known for elephant, buffalo, and leopard, but they also have exceptional plains game and all species occurring in Zimbabwe can be
hunted. Dangerous game hunts are normally conducted 1x1 but observers (wife/child) can hunt plains game on these hunts for the prescribed trophy fee. There is
often a minimum hunt duration of 10-14 days for dangerous game. Special arrangements can be made if the wife/child also wants to hunt dangerous game. Plains
game hunts can be either 1x1 or 2x1.

Many other species are available and females are generally available at reduced price for baits, etc. There is a 2% Zimbabwe levy on the daily rate and 4% on the trophy fee, and a dipping/packing fee is charged if the taxidermy is not done in Zimbabwe. Additionally, Zimbabwe charges a CITIES export tag fee (as does the US) for CITIES listed animals.
